Nest Housing Association is an independent, non-profit-making organization and is a Community Benefit Society with charitable rules which provide housing to vulnerable adults. The sole purpose of a Community Benefit Society (CBS) is to serve the broader interests of the community. Nest housing offers a range of accommodation across Birmingham for all kinds of people, including homes for older people, sheltered housing, accommodation for younger people and housing for vulnerable people with specific needs. Nest Housing Association works closely with local councils to help house people who are on the housing register list as well as people who apply online and directly. Our Tenants are usually funded by the central government. As a charitable organization Nest Housing Association’s lettings policy ensures that its houses are provided to people who are in genuine housing need and we strive to deliver the services and provide the support our clients expect.
